4内容:1.问:PC-DMIS软件都有哪些版本?答:PC-DMIS 软件从正式发布起至今,从1.0 版到现在的2010 版,在中国大多数用户用的版本主要是3.086、3.206、3.25、3.5、3.7、4.0、4.1、4.2、4.3,其中从3.5 版开始支持中文。
2 问: 如何重新安装PC-DMIS4.3软件?答:1、将有用程序备份(程序、测头文件);2、用PC-DMIS软件自带卸载程序进行卸载;3、重新启动计算机;4、删除其文件夹;5、安装软件(必须选择英文状态安装)6、按照提示进行智能安装(建议安装在C:根目录下)
3.问:PC-DMIS软件可以应用于哪些测量机?答:PC-DMIS 软件主要应用于HEXAGON 集团的测量机,包括美国Brown & Sharpe、意大利DEA、德国Leitz,海克斯康测量技术(青岛)有限公司等多个公司生产的新测量机。对这些公司以前生产的测量机,采用其他软件的,如MM4、Tutor、Quindos、PC-DMIS 软件同样支持,我们只需要对用户的测量机进行很小的改动就可以使用户用上PC-DMIS 软件。对于其他公司的测量机产品,PC-DMIS 也在一定范围内支持。4.问:PC-DMIS软件的常用模块是什么含义?答:PRO:通用测量模块,基本满意80%行位公差要求。   CAD:在PRO模块基础上添加导入数模功能。   CAD++:在CAD模块基础上添加扫描和特殊元素测量功能。
5.问:怎样才能升级PC-DMIS软件版本?答:对用户购买的PC-DMIS 软件,一般采取的升级方式是,如果在一年内PC-DMIS 释放新的版本,可以给用户免费提供新版本软件,即免费升级。对使用超过一年的用户,有偿升级软件版本。
6.问:怎样才能增加PC-DMIS软件模块?答:PC-DMIS包括很多模块,用户不可能一次购买所有的模块,而是根据自己的实际需要选择购买,有时由于用户测量工件的改变,需要添加新的模块,用户可以跟阿米巴工程师联系有偿添加新模块。

7.问:PC-DMIS应该备份哪些文件,怎样备份?答:PC-DMIS 软件需要设置很多参数,如果平时将它们做一下备份,在重新安装时就不需要再重新设置,只需要将参数恢复就可以了。对3.5 版以前的PC-DMIS(不包括3.5版),备份参数相对简单,只需要将C:\Winnt 目录下的Pcdlrn.ini文件备份保存就可以了,在重新安装PC-DMIS 软件后,将备份的此文件拷贝到C:\Winnt 目录下就可以了。对3.5 版以后的PC-DMIS,备份相对复杂一些,用户需要执行在PC-DMIS 安装目录下的Settingeditor.exe 文件,选择导出,根据提示导出PC-DMIS 安装信息,保存文件名为Pcdregfiles.dat,将此文件备份即可,在重新安装PC-DMIS 软件后,再执行Settingeditor.exe文件,将备份的文件导入即可。
8. 问:在PC-DMIS升级过程中(3.2升到4.0),当按照升级操作步骤双击custprog.exe文件,在相应的password文本框中填入升级密码点击“program”按钮后,出现如下错误信息:请问如何解决?Cannotfind ///FAST hardlock driver!Ntvdm-490.1ab.3d0001Hlvdd.dll可安装的虚拟设备驱动程序之DLL 起始设置失败。选择“关闭”终止。答:出现此信息是由于内部虚拟设备的驱动程序紊乱造成的。建议按如下步骤进行操作:1.请确保PC-DMIS 的KEY 正确连接在机箱并口上;2.查找PC-DMIS 安装根目录下的hinstall.exe 文件,并双击该文件;3.在弹出的的窗口(DOS)中,根据选项逐项选择“1”,每选择一项点击“回车”键。注意:最后一项,选择“X”;4.退出此窗口后,重新启动计算机,再按照版本升级步骤重新操作即可。
9 问:PC-DMIS软件与DATAPAGE关系答: 1、PC-DMIS 软件为基本测量软件;2、DATAPAGE为统计分析软件;3、二者为独立的软件,PC-DMIS 软件本身不包含统计分析功能,它将测量数据传输到DATAPAGE 软件中进行统计分析并出具详细的报表。
10.问:直读接口DCT、DCI的区别?答: PC-DMIS 可以与很多模块作接口,只要KEY 具有直读接口功能即可实现,直读接口有DCT、DCI 两种:DCT:DirectCAD transmit,直接CAD 模型传输;DCI:DirectCAD interface,直接CAD 模型接口。以Pro-e 为例,Pro-e DCT、Pro-eDCI:对于Pro-e DCI 的使用,在安装PC-DMIS 软件的计算机上必须要安装Pro-e 运行环境,KEY 需具有Pro-e DCI 接口功能,在对windows 的控制面板、PC-DMIS 注册表进行相关设置后即可实现;Pro-eDCT 接口则不需要,在PC-DMIS 安装的计算机上不需要有Pro-e 的运行环境,直接读取Proe的part 文件即可;
11.问: 由于误操作,在进行测头定义时,提示没有测头组件,如何解决?答:从安装盘中拷贝PROBE.DAT 文件到PC-DMIS 安装路径下即可。
12.问:配置测头文件时,选择加长杆时若没有所需的长度选项,如:exten 50、exten 70,该如何处理?答:若程序选项中没有要使用的加长杆长度,可采用叠加长度的方法。如:exten 50、exten 70,可采用“exten 30”+“exten 20”和“exten 30”+“exten 40”解决。
13.问:请详细介绍三种测头功能?答:针对测量需要我公司的三种测头功能介绍如下:1、激光扫描测头:(非接触式)主要应用于逆向工程中,可以实现大量点的采集,在数据采集完后可以送到造型软件中进行造型。该测头速度较快,精度比触发测头低。2、SP600/SP25连续扫描测头:(接触式连续)该测头可以实现贴着工件表面的连续扫描,主要用于曲线曲面零件的检测,精度高,速度快。3、触发测头:(接触式)该测头采用的是单点触发式测量,主要用于零件的常规检测,该测头用于扫描时,并非始终贴着工件表面,而是单点的方式。若要实现对叶片的扫描,建议使用SP600/ SP25 扫描测头,既提高检测速度,又保证了精度的要求。
14.问:校测头过程中,经常出现“probe tip isnot selected”,无法继续进行测量,退出程序,重新启动程序,则OK,但有时需重复多次,请问什么原因?答:出现该问题的主要原因是将光标放于调用测头命令之前,所以程序运行时,无法调用测头。因此需注意:1)校完测头后要保存;2)注意光标所在的位置。

15.问:测头旋转角度时,提示框勾掉了,如何再将其显示出来?答:F5 快捷键中的警告中,将此提示恢复即可。
16.问:校验测头测量机不响应,并错误提示:超出测量机行程。答:1.检查标准球是否放置的太靠测量机的极限位置   2.是否是在脱机状态下,   3.是否打开多个程序窗口
17.问:测量面时被判断成圆怎么办?答: 1、点击“插入”菜单,点击“特征”选择“测定值”得到基本元素测量菜单条;2、测量面之前,先从菜单条中选择测量面,然后再去测量面;此方式是先指明要测量面,然后再测量;3、也可以通过“编辑”菜单里,选择“替代推测”,将圆转换成面,注意检查转换后的正确性。
18.问:采点后测头不能自动回退?答:GLOBAL 机型配置UMP360 控制柜的CLASSIC 机器在手动模式下可以自动回退。配置其余两种控制柜(B3C-LC、FBⅡ)的机型需要手动回退。
19.问: 当使用TP200传感器时,以手动方式测量某一元素,误差很大?答:建议从操纵盒状态考虑。由于TP200 灵敏度很高,通常在运动时,采取高速运行状态,即操纵盒“SLOW”指示灯成灭的状态,又称为阻尼状态;若“SLOW”指示灯亮,测量机容易出现空采点现象;在测量时,需在慢速状态下,即“SLOW”指示灯成亮的状态进行测量。如果进行手动测量,注意操纵盒是否处于阻尼状态。
20.问: 最小二乘方的原理?我们软件计算元素是用那种方式计算的?答: 最小二乘方原理:所测圆形特征上所有的点与它的圆心的距离,在沿半径方向上的距离的平方和最小。21.问: 直线在测量时是如何投影计算的。答: 软件将会自动将被测直线投影到当前的工作平面,也就是说,投影成通过该直线中心点,并且平行于当前工作平面的直线。
21.问:手动测量的圆和线Z值全为0,自动投影!答: 检查 F5/常规选项中有一项“移动特征至参考平面”不选即可。
22.问:评价两点之间距离时(Z坐标方向)结果错误,报告值评价结果明显偏离真实值。答:评价两点的2D 距离,应考虑这两个点投影后的位置,PC-DMIS 在计算2D 距离时,是先投影到工作平面再计算。所以应该先在工具栏中工作平面选择下拉菜单中选一个工作平面。如果要评价沿Z 轴的距离,可选X 或Y(正负无所谓),然后到尺寸中选“2D”,关系中选“按Z 轴”,创建该尺寸。
23.问:自动测量圆时,结果超差?答:对于圆孔直径的测量,因为PC-DMIS 会将测圆采的点都投影到一个工作平面上再求直径,因此在测量一个圆时要特别注意该投影平面的选择。若测的圆(图纸上没有相应的理论值)正好与任意一个坐标平面都不平行,此时可以激活“自动特征(auto feature)”中的样例点,打开自动测量圆对话框,然后在要测得圆的所在平面上测三个点,此时不要按“确定”,接着再到要测的圆内至少采三点。此时该对话框中的数据就是测得圆的数据,点击“创建”即可生成此圆。这样测得圆就会投影到开始的三个点所在的平面上了。24.问:如何求圆锥的锥角?答:圆锥锥角的测量PC-DMIS可直接判断,评价锥角可选择“尺寸——特征位置”菜单中,选择想要评价的圆锥,激活“锥角”选项,即可评价圆锥角度。
25.问: 用三坐标和内径表测量内孔的孔径,为何三坐标测量的值有所不同?答: 因为这两种仪器的测量和计算方法不同;内径表采用了指定位置测量,而测量机则是对整圆均点测量。此外,能够事前用标准件提前验证测量的正确性,比如测量标准环规以验证也是值得注意的问题。
26.问: 平面度如何计算?答: 平面度计算是根据测量点构造出理论平面,然后测点的位置在平面矢量方向相对于平面的最大最小值绝对值之和。使用最小条件法进行计算。老版本的平面度使用前一种方法。
27.问:在求二维距离时为何没有需要的轴向?答: 工作平面选择不正确。例如在Z+工作平面上的距离,Z 轴定向是无法选择的。
28.问:为何我做的两个平面之间的距离重复性很不好,反而求两维距离比较准确,重复性也好?答: 这个问题主要是由于计算的延伸误差造成的,类似的例子很多。很多理论上的东西在具体应用的时候是发生变化的,理论和应用互相联系又各有自己的知识体系,使用二维的距离时,计算两个平面的质心点间的二维距离。使用三维距离时,计算平面1 的质心到平面2 的距离,此时平面2 的实测矢量方向对距离有影响。
29.问: 求两个平面的距离,选择顺序不一样,得到的结果不一样?答: 第一个元素使用的中心,作为点,第二个元素使用方向。如果计算三维距离,计算平面1 的质心到平面2 的垂直距离。所以此距离与平面2 的实测矢量相关。
30.问:测椭圆,如何怎样评价长轴和短轴?答:通过“特征位置”中的“长度”、“高度”进行评价,即可得到长轴短轴
31.问:平移坐标系在什么对话框中进行?答:平移坐标系主要应用在坐标系的转换,菜单为:“插入——坐标系——新建”,分别将零件坐标系的XYZ 三轴的原点进行偏置,或者偏置到某一个特征元素上,或者给一个偏置距离,点击“原点”即可。
32.问: 在测量过程中出现工件移动过的情况,如何使用坐标系拟合?答: 当工件动过之后,又回到原来坐标系之前重新采集建坐标系的元素,结果导致原来的坐标系出现变化。应该在动过后直接在程序末尾采集元素重新建立一个新的坐标系,最后再使新坐标系与原来的坐标系拟合即可,然后继续测量。
33.问:BESTFIT 建立坐标系的含义?答:BESTFIT 建立坐标系是在建立好一个坐标系的基础上,再使用一些特征元素,进行坐标系的最佳拟合,再次调整坐标系。如:测量法兰盘的一些孔,评价位置度。建立好坐标系后,评价这些孔的位置度,发现位置度不合格。检查原因,所有孔的加工相对与基准轴整体偏转了一个角度。在安装使用时,只要旋转一下,就能够安装上,不影响使用。而检测位置度的目的是为了保证加工出的孔能够安装上。上述情况就可以使用BESTFIT 方法,选择测量的这些孔进行BESTFIT 方式建立坐标系,从而使坐标系进行适当的旋转,达到最佳拟合,然后再进行位置度的评价。此时进行评价的时候,位置度就不会超差。
34.问:运行程序调入外部坐标系,提示找不到外部坐标系?答: 首先检查存储的外部坐标系存放的位置:编辑(EDIT)/PREFERENCE /设置搜索路径,这里设置测头文件(PROB)、外部坐标系( RECALL)、子程序(SUB)存放的路径,到对应的路径下,检查是否存在此坐标系,再检查对应程序,看调入的坐标系名称是否正确。
35. 问: 倾斜孔的测量。答: 1.根据坐标系,确定圆心位置和孔的矢量方向;2.打开自动测量界面,输入理论值及相关参数;3.自动测量。
36.问: 自动测量圆时,为何出现“角矢量平行于中心线矢量”?答: 角矢量的方向和法向矢量的方向不能平行,只能垂直。
37.问:能否用普通的球型测杆测螺纹孔?答:可以测量。但要在测量圆孔时对自动测量(AUTO FEATURE)菜单中的“螺距”进行设置,并选择直径合适的测针,方能进行测量,也可以使用柱测杆,但要确认测针与孔的轴线平行。
38.问: 在自动测量圆的过程中,总是出现一条提示信息:是否读取新的测头位置?问如何消除答: 在自动测圆的选项中,有一项:读位置,将这一项勾掉即可
39.问: 编辑程序时,自动测量圆后,总是理论值=实测值,再次执行后,发现两值不同。答: 将杂项选项中选择“标称值”。
40.问:如何将半球测量得更准确?为何重复性很差?答:请注意以下几点:1.选择测头不能太大(测量直径为7mm 左右的半球)2.测量的点数要足够多3.尽量用自动方式测量
41.问: 当特征元素标号用中文“最”,“销”等汉字时,软件退出?答: 在PC-DMIS 中有些特殊字符和汉字都是软件专用的关键字,不能作为特征标号使用
42.问:自动测量小圆时,测针移动到孔外。答: 因为逼近、回退距离太大或者孔的理论位置与工件相差太大,应检查这两项参数。
43.问:打开自动特征对话框,用手动方式进行圆的测量,以获得此圆的数据进行自动测量,但发现结果不正确?答: 采圆前,要采表面样例点,然后再测量圆孔。44.问:测矢量点问题,程序里有理论值和目标值有什么区别?答:目标值是指导测量的位置,理论值是参与计算的数值。
45.问:如何理解轮廓度里仅形状和形状位置这两个选项?答: 仅形状: 只确定特定轮廓是否匹配与标称值相同的轮廓,将忽略轮廓的位置是否在可接受的公差之外;形状和位置:相对于评价基准,特定轮廓是否匹配与标称值相同的形状和位置。与仅形状选项不同,轮廓的位置还必须处于可接受的公差范围内。
46.问:在计算位置度时,选择“匹配基准”后,元素坐标与坐标系下的相差很多,为什么?答:这主要是在计算位置度时选择的基准元素与坐标系不一致,如果选择了匹配基准,评价时内部进行了拟合计算,再把评价元素转换到当前拟合坐标系下。计算位置度时所选择的基准元素应该是这些元素的全值,而不是某一部分值。如果基准元素是零件坐标系的某个轴或原点,而这个轴或原点不是元素,就要把这个轴或原点构造成元素,再定义为基准元素。
47.问:评价位置度的报告中,“补偿”的含义是什么?答:如果被评价元素或是基准元素遵循实体原则(最大、最小实体原则)时,根据孔(轴)的实测直径和相应的公差自动计算得到的补偿值,该补偿值将计算到位置度的公差内。
48.问:如何求2个圆的对称度?答:将被评价的2 个圆构造特征组,然后特征组相对于基准评价对称度。
49.问: 直线与圆柱面相交的交点如何定义?答: 当直线与圆柱相交,想得到与柱面交点时,应使用“构造”中的“刺穿“功能,此时得到的是沿直线方向首先刺穿柱面的点的坐标。
50.问: 在球上构造一定直径的圆?答: 通过计算,求出要求直径所在圆的截面高度,构造截平面,用平面和球相交构造圆。
51.问: 怎样构造偏置平面 ?答:法一: 1.必须选择3 个特征;2.将偏置值输入,注意正负号;3.计算标称值;4.创建法二: 先构造偏置点,再构造通过点平行于面的平面
52.问: 如何测量指定截面位置圆锥直径?答: 实际工件存在圆锥的顶平面,可利用平面、圆锥的截圆建立零件坐标系;1、测量圆锥顶平面确定Z 轴;2、在圆锥上任意截面位置测量截圆,通过圆可确定原点两个坐标;3、用面与截圆建立零件坐标系:用面找正建立一个轴向,用面的Z 坐标、用圆的X、Y坐标建立坐标的原点;4、自动测量圆锥;5、进入构造圆菜单;6、点击“锥体”,在类型中选择“高度”,并键入相应数值;按指定高度处构造圆,在特征元素列表中选择圆锥,点击“创建”即可得到所需的圆;7、打开“尺寸——位置尺寸”菜单,选择构造产生的圆即可评价圆的直径;
53.问: 是否可以将空间的点定义为一个点元素使用?答: CTRL+G 可以实现。54.问:自动测量两圆后构造直线,选择3维,最佳拟合直线,结果出现错误提示:“理论值计算失败”。答: 自动测量的圆,XYZ 中心位置不能设置一致,否则是同一个圆,构造就会出错。自动测量时,按照实际测量深度设置XYZ 中心坐标即可。
55.问: 程序中测量内容的评价,在输出的“报告模式”里看不到?答: 在报告窗口中的空白位置点击右键,出现“编辑”选项,选中此选项,然后进行显示设置,去掉“仅显示超差”。
56.问:输出检测报告时,如何取消报告底部的颜色?答:取消“”打印背景色”即可。
57.问: 调入CAD模型后,只有曲面模式,曲线模式按钮被灰掉,无法激活?答: 因为所导入的模型本身没有曲线特征,只有曲面特征。
58.问: 导入一次CAD模型,能否在不同的程序中使用?答: 可以。将*.CAD 文件拷贝到相应的程序(如:123.PRG)所在的路径下,然后修改其名字,使之与程序的名字相同(如:123.CAD)。
59.问: 导入UG模型实体化后,仍有线框,如何去掉?答: 编辑--删除--CAD 元素--选中曲线--鼠标左右键同时按下,选择删除区域,这时线框变为红色,点击删除。
60.问: 在导入cad模型,数据类型用unigraphics转换器时,提示:所指明unigraphics转换器输入、输出不可用。答: 用户的key 不具备ug 导入接口。建议用户购买直读接口。
61.问: 用UG编写的数模,其坐标系位置不符合测量的要求,但是用UG改好后导入PC-DMIS,数模的坐标系仍然变成编模时的样子,这是为什么?答: 在UG 中改变坐标系时,选择“绝对坐标系”,不要选择“工件坐标系”。
62.问: 工件很大,需要翻转测量,如何保证测量精度?答: 此问题属于工件的二次装夹问题,建立坐标系仍使用相同元素。但是为了保证测量的精度,需要进行精建坐标系,即建好坐标系的基础上,需要自动测量建立坐标系的元素,再次建立坐标系。
63.问: 对于偏差比较大的圆孔如何自动测量?答: 可以使用Find hole 和readposition 两个选项,实现测量的持续性及完整性,Find hole 可以完成对孔的自动搜索,read position 会提示操作者手动把测头移动到孔的中心,然后自动测量
64.问: 自动特征测量中“边界点”与“角度点”的区别是什么?答: 边界点指薄壁件上的边界点;角度点指任意两个面交线上的点。
65.问:有CAD模型坐标系的建立?答:前提条件为零件和CAD 模型坐标系方向一致,原点一致;然后CAD=工件。
66.问:使用迭代法建立坐标系之后,测量元素没有在CAD模型上,为什么?答: 点击F5, 将常规(general)中的忽略CAD 到零件(Ignore CAD to part)选项去掉即可!
67.问:迭代法建立坐标系。为什么在自动迭代时机器不走程序中的移动点?答: 在迭代法设置参数时,选中“指定元素测量”。
68.问:使用矢量点、圆、方槽(圆槽)迭代法建立零件坐标系时的注意事项是什么?答: 因为按照图纸要求(RPS 格式),要求建立坐标系之后,圆心的XYZ 三方向的理论数值与实测数值一点偏差都没有;方槽的YZ 方向没有偏差;矢量点的Y 方向没有偏差。所以首先选择矢量点、圆、方槽找平;然后选择圆、方槽旋转;最后选择圆找正原点。但是由于客户所提供的数学模型为曲面模式、并且没有厚度。所以按照以上设置无法完成。因此采用另外一种方法:选择矢量点、圆、方槽找平;然后选择圆、方槽旋转;最后选择方槽找正原点。这样虽然建立起坐标系,但是不符合客户的要求。所以采用最佳拟合,以圆为中心,采用3 维,最小二乘的算法,对坐标系进行调整。这样建立的坐标系就完全符合客户的要求。
69.问、如何在迭代法建完坐标系之后,检验所用元素的理论要求与实测之间的偏差?以及坐标系的精度?答: 建立坐标系之后,直接评价所使用元素的xyz 特征位置。并且这些基准元素沿着坐标系单轴方向的偏差一定小于“定位公差”。
70.问:方槽或者是圆槽可以用来迭代建立坐标系吗?答: 可以。但是由于他们的加工误差以及定位公差较大,所以在最后找正原点时,一般不采用它们。并且使用方槽建立完坐标系之后,它的单轴方向的误差并不一定为0。
71.问:在6点迭代法坐标系中,每次都提示“迭代法错误”答: 经检查发现,这六个点的矢量方向近似一致,不符合迭代法6 个基准点的规则。
72.问:迭代法建立零件坐标系是否只针对有数学模型的工件?迭代法建立零件坐标系的第三步"原点",是否是将零件坐标系的零位移动到此特征上?答: 1.迭代法建立零件坐标系适用于零位不在工件本身的工件;有数学模型的工件可以使用迭代法,没有数学模型的但有理论数据用于定位的工件一样可以使用此方法;2.迭代法的第三步:"原点"是指将零位移动到指定的位置,此位置有可能是某个特征元素,也可能是一个指定的位置。
72.问:现在要用一个不和所在平面垂直的孔进行迭代法,如何做?答: 经确认发现该基准并不是孔,而是圆槽,可以套用点。
73.问: 如何设置曲面扫描行间距?答: 进入曲面扫描菜单:1、方向1 方法:设定线上的点间距;2、方向2 方法:设定行间距。
74.问: 为何在扫描菜单中看不到UV扫描、截面扫描等?答: 在DCC 扫描中,截面扫描、周边扫描、UV 扫描需要有数学模型才能使用;在导入CAD 模型后,才能激活。
75.问:用扫描测头进行扫描,为何第一次扫描为接触式连续扫描,第二次成了触发扫描,如何实现始终都是连续扫描?答:上述现象与扫描时参数设置有关。进行扫描时注意以下两个位置的参数的设置:1、如果进行扫描时,不需评价轮廓度,在标称值处选择:“主(master)”,在执行处选择:“重新学习(relearn)”,这种设置能够使模拟测头每次扫描都是接触式扫描。

1. 探针长度尽可能短:探针弯曲或偏斜越大,精度将越低。因此在测量时,尽可能采用短探针。
2. 连接点最少:每次将探针与加长杆连接在一起时,您就额外引入了新的潜在弯曲和变形点。因          此在应用过程中,尽可能减少连接的数目。

81.问:如何对气路的维护和保养答:由于压缩空气对测量机的正常工作起着非常重要的作用,所以对气路的维修和保养非常重要。其中有以下主要项目:每天使用测量机前检查管道和过滤器,放出过滤器内及空压机或储气罐的水和油。1). 一般3个月要清洗随机过滤器和前置过滤器的滤芯。空气质量较差的周期要缩短。因为过滤器的滤芯在过滤油和水的同时本身也被油污染堵塞,时间稍长就会使测量机实际工作气压降低,影响测量机正常工作。一定要定期清洗过滤器滤芯。2). 每天都要擦拭导轨油污和灰尘,保持气浮导轨的正常工作状态。3). 对测量机导轨的保护:测量机的导轨是测量机的基准,只有保养好气浮块和导轨才能保证测量机的正常工作。测量机导轨的保养除了要经常用酒精和脱脂棉擦拭外,还要注意不要直接在导轨上放置零件和工具。尤其是花岗石导轨,因其质地比较脆,任何小的磕碰会造成碰伤,如果未及时发现,碎渣就会伤害气浮块和导轨。要养成良好的工作习惯,用布或胶皮垫在下面,保证导轨安全。工作结束后或上零件结束后要擦拭导轨。82.问:温度对测量机的影响答:测量机是计量检测仪器,它的正常工作温度应该是20℃±2℃。测量机的长度基准-光栅是在20℃时修正的,测量机也是在这个温度情况下装配调试的,当温度偏离太大时会对测量精度造成很大影响。83.问:湿度对测量机的影响答:湿度过大测量机的气浮块和某些部件严重锈蚀,影响测量机寿命。而计算机和控制系统的电路板会因湿度过大出现腐蚀或造成短路。如果湿度过小,会严重影响花岗石的吸水性,可能造成花岗石变形。灰尘和静电会对控制系统造成危害。建议湿度控制在25%~~75%。
84.问:油和水对测量机的影响答:由于空压机对空气压缩的同时会把空气中的水分子和油分子压缩成水和油,而且空压机本身工作时也需要有润滑油对其机构进行润滑,也使得有一部分润滑油进入压缩空气。进入压缩空气的水和油会随着压缩空气进入到平衡气缸和气浮块。在测量机工作时水和油附着在导轨上,使导轨的直线度改变。当测量机不工作时管道中的油滴可能堵塞气浮块的气孔,使气浮块不能正常浮起,造成气浮块与导轨的摩擦,损坏测量机并使气管老化。管道中的水还会腐蚀气浮块和平衡气缸。虽然测量机配置有油水分离器或前置过滤器,但是如果进入管道的水和油太多,过滤器就会因饱和而无法过滤,使水和油能够进入测量机。为此必须采取前置过滤的方法,尽量争取在水和油进入测量机之前过滤掉。
85.问:压力对测量机的影响答:在正常工作压力的前提下,气浮块的浮起间隙约6~10μm,空气压力的波动会使气浮块的气浮间隙变化,影响测量重复性。气压严重不足时,会使气浮块不能充分浮起造成与导轨摩擦,轻者影响测量机运动状态和测量精度,重者会磨损导轨和气浮块,严重损坏测量机。Z轴采用气动平衡的测量机在气压严重不足的情况下会造成Z轴失衡下落的情况,非常危险,所以要尽量保证测量机工作压力的稳定:1.要选择合适的空压机,最好另有储气罐,使空压机工作寿命长,压力稳定。2.空压机的启动压力一定要大于工作压力。3.开机时,要先打开空压机,然后接通电源。
